PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what information the $HOOJA website (hooja.fun, the "Site") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is a community hub for the $HOOJA token and the Hood: it hosts our content, the Hood Bounty Board, the HOOJA ARCHERY game, and rider profiles. It is not a token offering, and nothing on it is financial advice.

WHO WE ARE

The Site is operated by the $HOOJA community team ("we", "us"). You can reach us on X at @hoojafun.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Sign-in information. The Site uses X (Twitter) sign-in, handled through Privy. We receive and store your X handle, display name, profile avatar, and X account identifier so your rider profile and bounty records can be tied to you.
• Wallet address (optional). Linking a wallet is optional and happens only after you sign up. If you link one, we store the public wallet address you connect and use it to check holdings for bounty tiers and allocations, and to deliver bounty payouts. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
• Game and bounty activity. Your HOOJA ARCHERY scores, bounty claims, mission completions, and leaderboard standings are stored so the Bounty Board and daily missions work.
• Region information. When you visit, our servers process your IP address at the network level to determine your approximate region. This is used only to enforce access restrictions and keep the service safe.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure processes standard request logs (such as pages requested, timestamps, and browser type) to operate and secure the Site.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To create and maintain your rider profile.
• To run the Bounty Board: tracking tiers, allocations, daily missions, and bounty payouts.
• To run the HOOJA ARCHERY game and leaderboard, and to detect abuse of missions.
• To enforce regional access restrictions and protect the Site from attacks and automated abuse.
• To fix bugs, understand how the Site is used in aggregate, and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site relies on a small number of service providers, each processing information only as needed to provide their service:

• Privy handles X sign-in and optional wallet linking.
• X (Twitter) is the identity provider when you sign in; its own privacy policy also applies to your X account.
• Hosting and database providers operate the Site, its API, and its data storage.
• GIPHY serves the stickers and GIFs shown on the Site.

COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in between visits and to remember simple preferences. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

REGIONAL RESTRICTIONS

The Site is not available in certain regions, and visits from restricted regions are blocked at the network level. This gating is performed by our servers based on approximate region only. If you believe you are seeing a block in error, contact us on X.

DATA RETENTION

Rider profiles, bounty records, and scores are kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Board. If you want your rider profile removed, contact us on X and we will delete what we can, except where we must keep minimal records for security or to prevent abuse.

YOUR CHOICES

• Sign in with X only if you want a rider profile; you can browse most of the Site without signing in.
• Wallet linking is optional and only used for tiers, allocations, and payouts.
• You can sign out at any time from the menu.
• To review or delete your data, contact us on X at @hoojafun.

CHILDREN

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections. No online service is completely secure, so please keep that in mind.

NO FINANCIAL ADVICE

$HOOJA is a meme token with no intrinsic value. Nothing on this Site is financial advice, an offer, or a solicitation. Always do your own research.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
